1- hTSH test (Human thyroid stimulating Hormone):
- Add calibration and +/- controls, before starting the punching process.
- Add hTSH assay buffer + stock solution.
- Put the plate on a fast quick shaking for 10mins, and afterward 4 hours moderate shaking at room T°
-Add washing solution.
-Add enhancement solution, and read the result.
*The hTSH test is done when indications of hyperthyroidism are seen, and it is often requested along with a T4 test.
