The characters often transform. In the “Fall in the House of Usher”, there are three main characters who physically transform. The brother and the old childhood friend Roderick, physically transforms by being so ill and had died of fear. The sister Lady Madeline, came back from the dead for revenge. The narrator feels he’s going crazy and runs out of the house before it collapses. In “Frankenstein” by Mary Shelley, Victor becomes physically ill, just like Rodrick. …show more content…
“House Taken Over” had a brother and a sister that were being traumatized or taken over by a thing or a person. They were losing different parts of the house. “Where is Here” had a nice family living in an old house. Suddenly, a man is lurking around it, saying he remembers all these different thing about the house that aren't there now. After he left, the family started to notice the stuff he was telling them about. The “Burnt out Furniture Store” had a boy boy in the dream, he was standing in the furniture store with all the ashes and pieces of ceiling on the floor. On the outside it shows the nice town. The furniture store had been transformed by having its burnt down, having his fear of
