According to the text, transformational change is when an issue in your life is changing such as a career move or anything that it is life changing. You will face complex challenges when you are first entering the learning cycle. Learning in this challenge will help you put issues into a better perspective and being able to obtain the knowledge to educate yourself with using good judgment. The stages of recognizing a significant problem, confronting your issue intensely, finding a solution, and integrating a new perspective with a new set of assumptions. Through this transformation it will help you deal with the before and after results. I didn’t know what to do and it was heartbreaking because I end up losing my house and I was on unemployment for nine months. I end up losing my car as well because I couldn’t afford the payments. I was very upset about everything that was going on but I was more determined, than ever. I found a job but didn’t no longer have the personal transportation to get there so I used public transportation. This was something that I wasn’t use to but I knew in order for me to keep my job, I had to result in using public transportation. I’m not making a thousand dollars a week anymore like I use too but I am very proud of myself, for trying to survive and having the dedication and determination to stand strong and not allow recent downfalls to deter me from being able to have a career again and starting
