Transformational Leadership Style Interview

My interviewee follows a transformational leadership style. From my interview, I believe she has the characteristics included in this type of style. By being a mentor, she is very inspirational. She teaches what she knows and can perform herself and this in turn increases the knowledge of everyone that she works with. She increases a sense of self-worth and value to the employees by not demanding and degrading. All of her thoughts, aspects and actions provide a positive morale at the hospital, which increases loyalty and commitment (Yoder-Wise, 2015). I believe that this a very effective leadership style.
