(Minh Hang) Good morning teacher, good morning everyone. First of all, let me thank you all for coming here today. For those who may not know me, my name is Nguyen Ngoc Minh Hang and I am the leader of my group, whose name is Fireflies. We find that 5 members of our group are like 5 fireflies that are small and simple but always bright and cheerful.
Now it is the time for you to meet five of us. First is Tran Phuong Nga, who is usually called ‘eating girl’ because all of her interest is just food and food. Next is Nguyen Thuy Ngan, our group‘s gentle and diligent princess. And here is Bui Thi Phuong Dzung, with a sweet voice, singing all day like a bird. Then is Dam Thi Van Trang, you know, she can spend hours standing in front of the mirror staring at herself and selfie as her passion is…herself. Last is me. I am such a ‘sleepaholic’ girl that sometimes I feel as if I almost hibernate like a bear in the winter.
Before moving deeper into our talk, we would warmly invite all of you to join a small quiz with us. It is OK? We will show you the pictures of famous destinations, national flag or currency and your duty is to guess which country it is. Are you ready?
(Warm-up game)
Are you feel more excited? Yeah, so today, we would like to talk about travelling abroad and the tittle of our presentation is ‘Flying yourself by travelling abroad’.
Now I am going to give you the structure of our presentation so that you can have a clear idea of what we will talk about. We divide our presentation into 4 main parts: the plus and minus points of travelling abroad, how to prepare for an oversea journey and the statistics on international travel.
During the presentation, if there is something you are not already

I would take in consideration that this overseas assignment will be undesired by probably most workers of the company. However, this will have a negative outcome on who will get picked but it has to be done in favor for the company’s reputation. I will personally look at each individual case to sort out who does have a family with children and who doesn’t. The ones who do not have children and or wives/ husbands I will prefer because they got less to scarify but their work performance have to be satisfactory. I also will look for positive work attitude and ability to lead and if he or she understands the work they will have to perform and represents the policy of our company at best. I will treat everyone the same in this decision making process but I need to make a decision fits the company and not the individual at best. I will choose a worker that has the potential to be a manager and is a strong leader and well accepted in the group, who has to go to represent the company professionally and in a positive attitude. I will communicate and make a decision with him who he would like to take with him and match it with my ideas of who I think the company will need here at the home base. After the decision is made I will approach these individuals and tell them that they have been chosen for this assignment and that the company is relying on them to perform at their best. I will tell them why they need to go and that this is in best interest of the company. They will accept it if likeable or not.…

In many societies, differences in religion and history can cause a social rift and create a structure of classes. This separation between people can affect the circumstances they are subject to and essentially how they live their life. However an individual’s outlook on life and the positive and negative thoughts he or she acquires are dependant solely on his or her decisions and outside forces. In the novel, The Kite Runner, the author Khaled Hosseini tells the story of an Afgan boy who struggles with the emotional consequences of a childhood decision that set him on a search for redemption. The author shows that classism determines the quality of one’s lifestyle but not the emotional state of mind one possesses. This is established through the social setting in the novel which enforces classist ideals that rigidly cast individuals into certain roles and determine the way they are treated. Next, the character of Amir’s childhood friend and servant, Hassan, undergoes a grim change as a result of a traumatic incident rather then a consequence of his social standing and material worth. Finally, Amir consistently battles with an internal conflict and guilt after betraying Hassan despite living a privileged and financially-comfortable life.…

This applies to more than the critical down in a playoff football game, the diagnosis of a patient presenting compounding symptoms, or the split second you have to react when avoiding a potentially fatal car accident. Experience allows you to take action confidently during key moments when reading something in a book, seeing pictures, and watching film cannot prepare you.…
