For about a year and a half now, the world has been in shock over the events the occurred in the Trayvon Martin case. Some may say that they are happy about the outcome of this trial! Many have had opinions about the events, but do their opinions show credibility?
The problem that the world does not understand is: We were not there; who are we to even have a comment about whether George Zimmerman was in the right for killing young Trayvon Martin? Last weekend, Washington Post writer, Gene Weingarten tweeted, “I don’t like George Zimmerman, and he caused this to happen, but from what I read, he will and should walk.” The fact of the matter is, Justin Peters, of the Slate.com blogs, agreed with this opinion in his article, by stating, “I think that they’re right.” …show more content…
Even though a lot had happened at the time of the shooting, the world was not there. We should not go off of what others may thin or say! It should and supposed to be based off actual facts and events thru forensic science. But, even with factual evidence and events, one can and sometimes will never know what really happened unless they were there. Even with all the evidence and other statements given, how can we agree or disagree with these? How can we reassure that George Zimmerman statement show credibility?
