After the fire Blanck and Harris advertis to maintain there public image as reliable maufactors. Many people did not believe them, and wanted them to be accountable for there actions. On April 11, Harris and Blanck were indicted on seven counts of manslaughter in the first and second degree (pbs). Harris and blanck would post bail and hair a high price lawyer. Their trail would begin on December 1911 and last around three weeks. Both Blanck and Harris would be acquitted of all the charges.
Harris and Blanck tried to rebuild there company again after the trial. They would go through many troubles with there new company and continueing to pay off new debts. In 1918, Harris and Blanck would close their company for good. Issac Harris would returned to being and independent tailor and Blanck would own other companies
