The trust fall is a very common trust and teamwork activity. This activity can be with two people or a whole group of people. It starts with one person being the “faller” and the others being the “catchers”. The faller will go stand in front of the catchers. The faller will have their back facing the catchers and cross their arms. The faller will then proceed to fall backwards. The catchers stand behind the faller and wait for the faller to fall backwards, then they will catch the faller. This activity requires minimal space, or enough space to fit all the participants. After the faller falls and is caught, the group discusses what everyone felt and then a new faller is chosen.

The person giving directions is the only one allowed to talk, he can only give directions in shapes and lines. For example, you could not just say,”Draw a house”. This activity will help teams realize that if you do not have clear communication, then you will not have high quality
