He commenced the article with a sort of quiz. This made the article more informal, making the article accessible and understandable to any audience, rather than only people in the field of psychology. The paper is descriptive and detailed in the sense that the author uses visualizing examples and scenarios to communicate his points. Although Jussim used scholarly terms, he explained his diction, which not only made the article informational as well as argumentative, but also further strengthened the author’s argument. The authors’ main goal seemed to be to get through to his audience by setting examples in the article that are relatable, simple, and this methodology has a positive influence on the main point that Jussim is making throughout the
