Were you surprised by the results of the Turnitin report (whether positive or negative)? Explain your answer.

Using Turnitin does not surprise me, because I am aware of its abilities. Turnitin challenges me to either rewrite passages that a know are week during the creative part of paper writing. During my undergraduate days of research paper writing I would ask friends to read my paper and pick apart problem areas. With support programs that allow you a new look at your work helps me develop a better finished product when writing. What did the Turnitin report show you about your use of citations to reflect the work of others you may have integrated to support your analysis of historical trends in clinical mental health counseling?

I am a student that is in AP language and composition and am writing this regarding the teaching of Zeitoun at Mills. As you might know that Zeitoun is a non-fiction novel by Dave Eggers about a heroic character named Zeitoun, that has been through some hardships such as Hurricane Katrina and a life surrounded by Islamophobes. Zeitoun is a heart touching book that talks about human rights, and it also teaches students to sympathize for the people that needs help, which in my honest opinion is a life lesson for students. Zeitoun’s reputation was above the ceiling in the novel, but recently the character in the book, Zeitoun was exposed to domestic violence and murder charges in real life which changes many readers opinions on Zeitoun. This…

In addition, Reflection is something that we do implicitly as part of being human, underpinning our identities through a process of negotiation between our sense of self and our experiences of others (Demetriou, 2000, p.210). During the teaching, I used open ended questions and questions and answers. I also gave the patient 4 handouts and highlighted the important discussion points and topics I discussed. I estimated that the process would take between 15-30 minutes depending on if the patient and her daughter had any questions. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I believe that the handouts were the best way to achieve my goals. The daughter was very happy that I had them, and was especially appreciative of the pictures that were in the handouts. I began by assessing the patients learning needs, learning deficits, factors affecting learning, and the learning environment. I turned the television down, but the patient would not let me turn it off. After my…

Before transferring to Georgian Court University, I had already attended two other colleges. I lived in a dorm my freshmen year at Ramapo and decided that was not for me. After leaving Ramapo, I decided to take a few semesters at Brookdale Community College in order to fulfill some requirements while deciding where exactly was the right place for myself to continue with my education. After searching through many brochures and getting first hand details about schools from people I am acquainted with, I was overcome with joy when I found Georgian Court. Since I am double majoring in both English and Education, it is hard to find schools that offer the two as a pair as well as offer the special endorsement for teaching students with disabilities. Georgian Court is also one of the top teaching schools, with a very high rate of job placement after graduation, which was another thing that captivated me. The economy is very unpredictable at this point in time and it is only plausible to choose the very best school to go to that is well known for the extraordinary practices in the field of study you want to pursue. Here at Georgian Court I have found everything I have been looking for.…

The area was very noisy, it sounded like someone was moving around furniture, people were having conversations outside the testing room and someone’s iphone inside the room repeated made sounds, It was difficulty to focus, by the time the instructor decided to close the door I was already frustrated which made it even more so hard to focus. I did not have enough time to complete the beginning of the test due to all the distractions. In, addition to this complaint I will be contacting the NLN administrator because it is unfair to charge a student a non-refundable fee for a test and not provide a nice quiet area for…
