1. Introduction

Bars are incredible sources of profit. Nevertheless, there are considerable problems related alcohol consumption. Underage drinking, over drinking or smoking to name a few are the most obvious issues which might cause a heavy burden for the society. To control these situation, the authority has been promulgated several rule and regulation toward bars operating activities. Although those laws might appear to be harmful for the business, several researches have shown that they are not only reducing the negative impacts on society but also improving firm’s economic situation (Murphy, 2015).
