Unethical Marketing And Child Obesity
Marketing is a multi million dollar business. What’s more unethical marketing practices have been targeted as the main contributor of the huge obesity problem that is present in the United States. Unethical marketing practices not only targets millions of children it also targets millions of adults. The question here is who is really to blame for the unhealthy eating habits and child obesity problem that present in the US? Who is at fault McDonald advertising happy meals or the parents that take their kids to McDonalds for happy meals? McDonalds happy meals and the toys that come inside have been the popular to small children for over thirty years.

    United States faces the risk that the percentage of obesity among children will increase. The percentage of children and adolescents who suffer from this epidemic is 17% (CDC). One generation ago, the rate was three times less than now. The number of obese children is continuously growing, which may cause a danger to children and the future of the country.
