The whistle blew. The clock began to tick. The match had started. I was the captain of the team. The game started off slowly. My team was doing well. We scored in the first half hour. But later, the tables turned.....We could not score at all. What more, none of us could even get a hold of the ball. The opposing team soon caught up and then left us behind.
During half-time, I decided that I had to do something. The match was in my hands,and I had to think of a plan which would show all the basketball fans where we , the Tiger Club, belonged to, It was at this time, when my fellow teammate pretended to be the captain. This angered me; and we argued after that little did we know that this could make a disorganized team, who managed to reach the final match,would turn into a total disaster.
Luckily, the argument heated up the match. The score was 83-91; although we were still losing. I knew that we could win the tournament. I wanted to tell the team about what I had planned during the break, but thanks to Josh, I think I had seen through the future already.
