What the stakeholder wants from Tesco
What the stakeholder wants from Oxfam
Customers
Customers are the people who come to a business for goods/services they want. This is not always for payment. The customer can be another business or an individual. Customers expect the basics from the business which are Value for money, product quality etc.
Customers would want e.g. Tesco. To have reasonable prices for their food. This is because this will meet customer’s standards of Tesco and so that they are able to pay for the products/services. This is why Tesco are popular because they provide reasonable prices for their products/services.
Oxfam stakeholders will want customers to come in and shop so that they can get money to provide relief from poverty and also provide blanket, tend , food and clothing
Employees
Employees are the people who work for the business. They provide the skills and work needed for the business and in return get their wages/ salaries for working for the business.

The employees will want to get things like promotions to higher job roles if they do well for the business. This is because employees can sometimes be suited for higher job roles then they’ve already got. The benefits of promotion are usually higher wages.
Oxfam Employees want job security at Oxfam. They want protection from disease from third world countries and also protective equipment also suitable clothing
Suppliers

Suppliers are the businesses that supply a certain business with its raw materials. They supply the materials to the business so that particular business can operate properly. The suppliers usually want regular orders, prices that reflect the quality of products etc.

The ratio analysis forms an essential part of the financial analysis which is a vital part in the business planning. There are 3 different ways of assessing businesses performance and these are: solvency, profitability and performance. Ratio analysis assists managers to work out the production of the company by figuring the profitability ratios. Also, the management can evaluate their revenues to check if their productivity. Thus, probability ratios are helpful to the company in evaluating its performance based on current earning. By measuring the solvency ratio, the companies are able to keep an eye on the correlation between the assets and the liabilities. If, in any case, the liabilities exceed the assets, the company is able to know its financial position. This is helpful in case they wish to set up a plan for loan repayment. Ratio analysis is also helpful in analysing the performance of a company. Through financial analysis, companies can review their performance in the past years. This is also helpful in identifying their weaknesses and improving on them. Polish Fine Foods needs to use ratio analysis because it is a valuable tool for the business’s management to determine the performance of a business and to control the cost measures when necessary. Also, ratio analysis helps them monitor and identify issues that can be highlighted and resolved. However, ratio analysis doesn’t take into account external factors such as a worldwide recession.…
