The families whom may require the most professional help will be the families in most need. These families come in a range of types but are usually found in areas where poverty is high. These families can have a need for the right type of housing for them, They will need an inclusive community and full support from inclusive and helpful public services.

One reason a family could be under stress would be because there may be a high level of unemployment. Having no income and structure can cause problems such as starvation in children, poor health in general and a poor concentration level while at school.
Another way a family could be stressed could be if there is a serious loss

An example could be that in one nursery class there is a Teacher and a speech and language therapist who work in conjunction with a common goal to help a specific child, however that same child may get picked up at home time by a nanny and may have a dietician. The level of professionalism in appropriate relationships with good communication is vital in planning for the specific needs of that child.
