AC4.1 Assess the roles and responsibilities of personnel who are directly involved in the strategy implementation for Premier Inn
Strategic implementation processes with Premier Inn requires attention of all employees and managers at all levels because the implementation process has the potential to impact a range of duties and responsibilities, employees need to have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities during the process and afterward. For change to succeed, all employees at Premier Inn must understand the changes that will directly and indirectly affect their job duties and responsibilities.

The premier Inn has specifically concentrated on the provision of hotel services, coffee shops and restaurants.
Measurable: SMART targets for Premier Inn are measurable and quantifiable. Premier Inn is planning to increase the size of Premier Inn to around 85,000 UK rooms and increase the system sales of Costa to around £2.5 billion, this clear show the measure of its targets.
Attainable: there is a realistic chance that a strategic plan of creating another 15,000 UK jobs in the next five years. By 2020, the company plans to increase the size of Premier Inn to around 85,000 UK rooms and increase the system sales of Costa to around £2.5 billion goals can be accomplished by the Premier Inn Company
Relevant: the strategic plans of the Premier Inn Company expanding the company presences to the global market are appropriate and consistent with the mission and vision of the organisation.
Time-bound: strategic plans of Premier Inn Company. for example By 2020, the company plans to increase the size of Premier Inn to around 85,000 UK rooms and increase the system sales of Costa to around £2.5 billion goals can be accomplished by the Premier Inn Company
