Expectation comes for many things even the smallest thing in life, such as, expecting a taste of macchiato in a coffee shop or expecting how good a movie that just released on the cinema before you watch them. At times, expecting something ends up disappointing our self.
Sometimes, we think that everybody hurt us, they disappoint us, the obviousness hurt us, but do you realize that it is you hurt your own self through your mind and unrealistic hopes. Important to realize, you can't blame people for making you upset because sometimes they didn't meant to be or even if they were, you can't blame them either. You can't control the other's behavior to you, all you can control is a picture you make in your head on how things supposed to happen or on how people supposed to give you. The key is to find out which is the realistic expectations and not realistic one.
