Urban Observation
On 03/19/2017 deputies were called to the area of 1200 S. Sumner Rd (Corbin low water bridge), for the report of possible human remains. A short time later Deputy Corley contacted me over the radio and asked if I could come to his location to examine the findings. When I arrived I was met by Corley and the RP, Corley walked me to the area where the bones were located. It was about 50 yards to the east of the bridge on the north side of the banks. I did appear to be a partial human skull, and 3 other vertebrae bones.

I contacted Lt. Bristor with investigations and notified him of the findings. I then photographed the area, and the bones where they were located. When Bristor arrived he looked at the bones, it was determined we would measure
