Using IEP/Plps
In our school we use a system called behaviour watch to plot children's behavioural progress alongside their educational progress. We use IEP/PLPs to assess children and then plan around those to enhance the children's education so it fits their needs. This is all entered onto Behaviour Watch as well as a paper copy to work from in the class.
As we are a free school we are able to fit the children's education around their individual needs.
Many of our children have sensory needs so we do assessments on these children termly to plot progress they have made and then update the necessary PLPs and then put in other strategies and targets.

A lot of our children as well as having Maths, English, Art, Music, PE, Modern Languages also have interventions
