In present day, the majority of doctors have not seen a single case of the measles, but before a vaccine was available, almost every person in America contracted it.
Like all of you, I am part of the lucky people who have been vaccinated, however, there are many people around the world who are not as fortunate and others who are simply beginning to deny vaccinations.
After researching vaccinations, I have become very aware of how much they actually benefit our society.

According to ndhealth.gov, if vaccinations were stopped, approximately 3 million people would die worldwide each year.
The societal impact would also be very large.
Huge amounts of people would obtain the disease, have to take time off from work, our hospitals would be more filled, and more money would have to be spent on treatment.

Many other citizens felt the same as you and failed to vaccinated their children.
