Childhood victimization and violent offending are two widespread read and serious social problems that continue to confront our society today. The risk factors are most significant in terms of victimization and delinquency are mainly race and gender, teenage parenthood, alcohol and , early onset aggression, low IQ, lack of empathy and guilt. The least significant risk factors I believe are early puberty and television. This strongly support the relationship between child abuse and neglect and delinquency, adult criminality, and violent criminal behavior.

The least I may say is school. I can use myself as an example being that I went to school all over in the not one of best neighborhoods and i did not fall into delinquent behavior.

Communication is key. Delay in speech/ language development are sited within early identification of delinquency. A lack of language/ development is shown to in cream child's stress level as well as impede on socialization and communication. Efforts should be made to improve the accuracy of delinquency predictions, but such predictions can only produce despair unless effective treatment and intervention strategies are developed and applied for the identified
