In 2002 President Bush and democratic Senator Edward M. Kennedy supported the reform bill Np child Left Behind Act. This act created higher standard and goals for schools in order to improve the education system across all the states. There are four main pillars, the first are results, the scores are broken down by demographics and then it is determined if the school is needed to add more programs in order to better the scores.
