The industrial revolution was a time in the 18th and 19th century where machines and all sorts of technology began to rise in the cities. It all began in britain in the late 1700s, things such as the steam engine, factories, the “Spinning Jenny”, and the telegraph, made all of the everyday tasks much easier than doing it all by hand or foot.
