Is a revolutionary product that doesn’t face any other competition? The Australian company is relatively new and has always invested in the domestic market, from our recent research the product seem to have huge possibilities to succeed internationally.
The water logged company is based in Perth (WA) and has always had the Australians farmers as their main target. Which has worked perfectly but the international potential is enormous and will bring to the company great results.

After our international market research we decided among others that two are the countries that will accept our product and give the possibility to have long term business relationships–
1. United States of America.
The reason n for choosing this country comes from a very important factor. The uniqueness of our product, and the fact that the Us has always been that country to give opportunity to new ideas and new discoveries. Even if this country is facing a hard time with the recession is promoting a healthy life style, and is incouraging people to food garden. And after the discovery of different pesticides used by big companies to grow fruit and veggies the American people seem to have more awareness for the health and are focused more and more to use organic products.
And our product will have that reputation. 100% organic and environmentally friendly.
After our American marketing plan we expect to have and income of 9 to 11 million USD, for the first year. (See the US marketing plan for more information)

2. Italy

It goes without saying that in order to be successful in a global market, one cannot blindly roll out a stock product and call it a day. Covering the globe is not a “one and done” process—personalities, tastes, price sensitivities, cultural fads, nods, and nuances must be taken into consideration. Even aesthetics (packaging, colors, logo) and name can be absorbed differently per country.…

Consumer demand for value and convenience are now driving the global market, thanks to aggressive research. The acceleration of consumer lifestyles and a shift in power from supplier to retailer provides many companies an advantage over its competitors. One reason that global research is effective and has an advantage is because of the quality or superiority of the products or services provided by conducting the market research and how it produces new product ideas that could be used globally. For example, a niche market which is a gap in a market that is currently not being provided for by existing businesses in the industry. Their could be a trend, product, or service that is in production in another country and has provided that particular supplier with an competitive edge of that market segment, if that same product or services is available in the United States, the possibility of that market being successful would be exceedingly encouraging.…
