We Don T Talk Anymore Rhetoric Analysis
In this essay, I will analyze the rhetoric of the music video “We Don’t Talk Anymore” ("Charlie Puth - We Don't Talk Anymore (feat. Selena Gomez) [Official Video]" 2016) to show how this artifact persuades the individuals who became suspicious of whether they used to be loved by the one before they broke up based on the criteria.
Subject: The artifact is a music video of “we don’t talk anymore” which was produced and performed by American singer Charlie Puth from his debut studio album “Nine Track Mind”, and it features guest vocals from Selena Gomez. The song was released on May 24th, 2016 ("CHR Available for Airplay" 2016). As for the music video, it features Puth and Mirella Cardoso as Puth's love interest. 1.At the beginning of the music video, the picture was divided into two parts, showing the two cities with different views respectively. 2. Charlie and Mirella who are living in different cities get up in the morning, and the first thing for them is to send text messages to each other. Nevertheless, when they pick up the phones to see the contents of the messages before. They realized that the relationship has been to the end. Contacting with each other is just a kind of habitual actions. 3.They got ready, went out from the room, and walked on the street. The pace and the step of them are the same, which seem like been done by one person. 4. Mirella is taking pictures, and at the same time Charlie is being photographed. After a second, it shows that Mirella is taking pictures for her friends instead of her ex-boyfriend, while Charlie is being photographed for a cover of a film or a magazine. 5.When Charlie has done his work and sat in the sofa alone, he could

    David Zinczenko is the editor-in-chief of Men’s Health magazine and the author of numerous best-selling books. Zinczenko is a man known for his work; his work and credibility shines bright because he has contributed op-ed essays to the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and USA Today. He has also appeared on Oprah, Ellen, 20/20, and Good Morning America. The fact that he is so accomplished in the area of eating healthy shows just how credible he is when it comes to discussing fast food vs. the eater. Zinczenko believes that the fast food industry is partly at fault for the growing rate of obesity. Although Zinczenko’s background and accomplishments gives us the evidence we need to know in order to trust his judgments, his emotional way of getting his points across make a difference as well. In the beginning of the essay, Zinczenko tells us about himself and how he grew up with troubled parents who weren’t together, and with very little options of what to eat for lunch and dinner every day. He explains that his options were mainly fast food, which caused him to be an overweight teenager. In other words, he uses his story of himself as a teenager growing up with family problems to draw people in and get them to sympathize with the overweight teenagers and get them to see that it is not all their fault and that it is, in fact, partly the fast food industry’s fault.
