And these new market opportunities provide expansion, more customers, increased revenue, and lots of profit. Especially for the TV channels, it has to be more focused on different types of customers, based on their lifestyle, age, culture, political view and religious conviction. It is not an easy job to attract all the customers worldwide. First have to learn their political background, language, culture, environment, and lifestyle, then catching their attention by broadcasting different kinds of music, international news, interesting TV shows and programs. In fact it is very important to be updated by date to date and keep the business in number one position out of this competitive market.

2) MTV networks International facing many political, economic and competitive challenges while operating the service worldwide. It is very important to find out the foreign country’s business laws and regulations to do a business effectively. However, finding information about the local culture internet or speaking the same language does not help as getting some advice from an experienced lawyer to set up a business. It is very important to find out the special about the country, peoples life style, believes, political influence, local and international competitors and up to date information about new market. In other words, it is necessary to know who the target audience are and what their wants is. Especially as a TV network, they connect different cultural base people in one place. For example MTV international provide different types of channels, and many other services like gaming, texting and websites to attract all age and language groups in worldwide.
3) MTVNI broadcasting 167 foreign markets, 18 languages to 430 million homes. The key reason to become a world
