Information dissemination plays an important part in our lives, our day to day activities are majorly affected by the duration and the accuracy of the news, announcements and events that we come across. Technically information is relayed by paper and other materials alike, but in times of emergency this is an inconvenience we need to address. This project utilizes the availability of internet connection in different places. With the help of the internet a person could transmit information to the receiving end within a matter of seconds.
From a source the information is relayed via internet to the receiver which is then sent to a LED display board where the information is displayed for the people to see.

OBJECTIVES:
* To analyze how data can be acquired through wireless communication from a web based system to the LED display. * To implement a web based system that enables a person to post information that can be directly transmitted to the LED display board for information display. * To design a database where the information can be stored and monitored by the official source of information. * To provide a more efficient way in relaying the information from a certain place to certain different places simultaneously within a considerable amount of time using a web based system.

The initial response phase of a disaster is chaotic and stressful. Responders are busy treating the injured, rescue the trapped, extinguish fires, and everything in between. Soon there will be multiple agencies from all levels of government and private sector participating in the incident. Establishing communications and information sharing will bring organization to the chaos and should be a top priority. Unfortunately, most post-incident debriefings contain many comments and concerns about the lack of communication and information during the incident. All incidents, regardless of size, must have fast and reliable information to ensure interoperability between resources, and to keep the public informed of pertinent information.…

The planned website must be at least five pages in length, must be designed to accommodate my target audience being possible employers, must have a consistent and appropriate structure and should have an appropriate and pleasing visual design. Implementation is not necessary for this project. In order to best suit the planned website to the target audience I plan to make two personas of possible employers and from them four scenarios, the task only requires one persona and two scenarios but I believe that one is not enough to cover all potential employers. In order to make possible implementation successful the content of the website must be outlined, organised, categorised and properly structured. Along with the organised content a series of wire frames will be made displaying the physical layout of the website as well as the location of the content within the pages. Accompanying the wire frames a series of screen mock ups will be supplied displaying a potential style to be used. These will come with a style guide detailing features in the mock ups.…
