West Africa Research Paper

I chose to focus on West Africa’s healthcare and educational issues and combine them into two because without one the other cannot be solved. There is a low rate of students getting education and people receiving healthcare. You cannot have doctors in a hospital if they don’t know what they’re doing that’s why they need education. Not all students have to become doctors, it is just recommendation so they don’t have to suffer from a disease or watch a loved one die. If students choose to become doctors with the education they’ve had, it will lower the death rate in West Africa.

Western Africa’s Ebola problem started when a 2-year-old boy in Guinea — around the borders of Sierra Leone and Liberia. A researcher of the the virus concluded that it came from a fruit bat but scientist aren't sure. Doctors didn't have enough time to find a cure for it was already spreading throughout the region, killing 6,552 people in Sierra Leone, Guinea, Nigeria, and Mali. For cases of Ebola in total is 17,965.
Now, you may be thinking, ‘How are you going to get all the materials to reach your goal?’ We will organize fundraisers in many other countries who are willing to support this idea. Some examples for countries that we will ask for support are America, China, Japan, Switzerland, Australia, United Kingdom, Sweden, Indonesia, etc. We choose these countries because they are the top most rich countries in the world. The materials we need are school supplies and the building material for the schools. There would be four different schools, elementary, junior-high, high school, and college. We would need the materials to build a hospital and all the requirements of a hospital. The schools will be a boarding school, where students can live at their school without worrying their parents if they would get home safely in the harsh
