My professional beliefs and values about early childhood education are to establish and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment I will ensure a safe environment and I will teach the children how to prevent and reduces injuries for their safety of them and their following children in the classroom. When the parents drop off their children the teacher should speak to the parents ask them how are they doing and how they are feeling. By asking these question you are building a relationship with the parents. When sending home newsletter you provide information for the parents to see what going on in the classroom.
