Like I have stated before, students can use all the help they can get from testing. Sleep can help a lot, kids who get more sleep, tend to have a better cognitive state, which can mean better scores. Getting more sleep before a test can help you significantly at remembering things, and learning new information. On the flipside, if you get less sleep, you perform badly on these things. Sleeping is important, but so is a good diet. Students who have a bad diet, or fail to eat enough food, can release stress hormones upon themselves and do poorly on learning and concentration.
