If you want your body to function correctly you have to have three different food types in your diet. You should have electrolytes, carbohydrates, and protein. These can be found in your favorite foods you eat every day. Human’s need these three food types for our body’s to function properly.

What are good sources of electrolytes? Sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and phosphate are all good sources of electrolytes. You can get all of these in the foods you eat daily. Sodium and chloride can be found in table salt. Meat, milk, fruits, and vegetables contain potassium. Your daily intake of calcium should be around 1000 to 1500 mg, calcium and phosphate can be found in almost all dairy products. These are all great sources of electrolytes. These are the best ways to get electrolytes.
