What Does Integrity Mean To Me
Integrity to me means making the right choice at the right time, being honest, and doing what you think is right. I am very honest when it comes to decision making. Making the right choice is very important. Making the right choice is a very difficult decision. You never know which decision will be the best for you, but you just have to go with what you believe in. My integrity consists of being very honest. Honesty is important to me. If you’re honest with me I’ll be honest with you. I always believe that you should do what is right no matter what. I try and make the right decision with everything I do no matter what. This is what integrity means to me and what my integrity is.

    Merriam-Webster dictionary defines integrity as, firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values: incorruptibility; the quality or state of being complete or undivided. Although this is correct this isn’t exactly the complete meaning of this word. For every situation, every job, and every position this word “integrity” is defined differently. The position at which I am applying for is an Administrative Assistant, with this comes great responsibility, handling and having access to sensitive information any candidate must possess some level of morals and values. In simpler words this means to maintain high standards and follow the rules, even when no one is watching. Integrity is very important in our everyday life if we wish to be good people. Certain people feel that in order to get ahead in life they need to break certain rules. It is also very disappointing that it isn't easy to find people who have high integrity and are always honest, no matter what the consequence. The United States would be an even better place to live if we could stop all the theft, cheating, lying, and many more crimes committed by people who are dishonest, lack integrity, and have no moral values. Even in government elections we see candidates making up lies about the other candidate and they know that it isn't true and they don't care. A high standard of personal integrity and honesty is probably the most important to students. It is also very important in your career and in your personal life. If you are a person who was honest in school and didn't cheat even if you could have gotten away with it then you will most likely show the same respect in your career.…
