Our results do not support our hypothesis when it says that temperature impacts cell weight. Our hypothesis states that when temperature increases the rate of osmosis also increases. The cell weight increases with water and the conductivity increases because of the salt leaving the cell. The results of the data proved to support the hypothesis because the concentration of sodium increased outside the cell. Our hypothesis also states that when the temperature of a solution decreases it slows down the rate of osmosis. The cell weight would increase with water equally in both colder and warmer temperatures. The conductivity would increase but at a slower rate than it would increase in a warmer
