A. Plan of Investigation The point of this investigation is to figure out what types of impacts the Fifteenth
Amendment had on the South during the Reconstruction Era. To discover and figure out these impacts, I will be focusing on the events that were circulating through the country and the politics of the country in which were direct and indirect actions towards the fifteenth amendment and caused by the fifteenth amendment as well.
