Since a constitutional government serves both the rich, and the poor this allows voices from both sides to be heard which in turn drops some people from the rich class to the upper-middle class, and the people from the poor class to the lower-middle class. This type of socioeconomic movement allows the state to form a strong middle class. Having a strong middle class stabilizes the economy, and one can recognize true equality dispersing among the citizens. Whenever the idea of a new form government is being convinced the human aspect is usually forgotten and some philosophers act as though humans are creating that willing will follow the command of the law. An important characteristic that needs to be accounted for is human wickedness. In generally Human behavior can almost resemble a bell curve in which most people lie in-between the decent to good behaviors. Some people would counter merit of a constitutional government because it has a strong resistance to change which allows for good to be done slowly. In some cases, the law is created after the need for the specific act has expired. Some people use this as a reason of why this government has already failed its citizens before taking its form. They say what is the purpose of a government that cannot meet the needs of its citizens in a timely fashion? In this sense, they are correct, the biggest disadvantage to a constitutional government is the length of the process required to get a simple task done. Aristotle divides the constitutional government into different branches the deliberative, judicial, and executive (cite book four 15ish endish). Aristotle then goes a step further, and divides the executive branch into branches that are in that have different responsibilities (citation book 4 13ish). These people use the fact that the large number of government branches, and agencies lead to a lot of red tape. To get a simple task done a person might have to go to several agencies to finish the task. As it is understandable why this type of government style can be off-putting, but to me a chink in the armor is a hole for the enemies to stab at, but for the smarter fighters who know that their enemies will try to use this against will incorporate it into their fighting strategy.
