Although her mother said that she often checked her daughters MySpace page to insure that nothing inappropriate was going on, her mother noticed that she was getting messages about rumors at school saying that she was a slut, and her mother talked to her about it. Sarah removed her mom from her friend list, by pushing her mother away this could have easily contributed to the horrible events that occured later. On the day of her suicide, she logged into her MySpace page and the last message she read said that she was just a stupid little naive girl and nobody would miss her. That same afternoon she hung herself, when her family returned from her outting they had found her body. She left a suicide not that read that she couldn't handle what others were saying about her. Cyberbullying is a growing problem for our generation, we need to stand up to this issue before it consumes us. Suicide should not be an option, everything can be resolved.
