What Is Darden's Competitive Advantage
Darden is a company that has strategically used its unique supply chain and it’s Just in time delivery to gain a competitive advantage in the market. To maintain and enhance their competitive advantage in the market, it is imperative for Darden to continue to improve their supply chain as customers’ demands changes; and the company must continuously insist that the company's standards are met at all times by their suppliers.
