What is Human Service? The field of Human Services helps individuals meet their human needs through the knowledge base. Focusing on different ways to solve problems, and improving the quality of life for clients. Human service professionals are committed to helping clients develop the necessary skills to become self-sufficient and function on their own and within society (Marten, 2014). Human Services Professionals come into play when people find themselves confronting barriers to get their needs met. The population I will be discussing is Child and Family Welfare.
