What Is The 35th Signal Brigade Exception To Policy (NTV)?
SUBJECT: 35th Signal Brigade Exception to Policy (ETP) for the retention of a Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) to bridge the capabilities gaps, in which this shortfall cannot be fulfilled by a suitable tactical vehicle solution.

1. Purpose: One additional NTV (i.e. with low-mileage) successfully enhances the S4 capability to conduct split-base operational requirement to provide Mission Command to the subordinate battalions that are geographically dispersed on Fort Gordon, Fort Bragg, Fort Stewart and Joint Base Lewis McCord (JBLM). As the Brigade, NTVs enable the Brigade staff to travel via carpool to conduct the following inspections:
