Most people are familiar with suffering and are still striving to figure out the fear of suffering. Human nature is drawn toward their well known surroundings rather than the unfamiliar outside world, making suffering superior and smoother to deal with. Anyone with the choice would default to suffering. In some ways humans fear the fear of suffering. People don't want to even consider the fact that they fear suffering and pain. They want to take the uncomplicated and finest route of travel: our hearts tell us that one should fear suffering to become a improved and knowledgeable person. On the other hand, our brain wants the easy way out and will take whatever is available. If the fear of suffering can change the amount of suffering, why not go the extra steps and hardships to accomplish one’s goal.
