1. What is the difference between a. and a. Summarize the meaning of “federalism” in your own words. Federalism is a governmental structure that allocates authority between a national government and smaller entities, like states or provinces. In the United States, this means that certain powers are delegated to the federal government, while others are reserved for the states. What is the difference between a'smart' and a'smart'? Research a law that may be broken in health care. Discuss what law was broken and how it was broken in the research that you did. Discuss who could be held liable for the law that was broken. Discuss how this situation could have been avoided. Please include a reference(s) in APA format for the research that was done. The law broken in the case of UnitedHealthcare involved the denial of birth control coverage, which violated the terms of health insurance contracts and state regulations concerning reproductive health coverage. According to Abruzzese (2024), UnitedHealthcare was found to have wrongfully denied coverage for oral contraception, which led to “many patients’ inability to access necessary medication.” This situation unfolded after the Attorney General, Letitia James, took action following a complaint from a patient in Brooklyn who had her coverage appeal rejected. UnitedHealthcare was ultimately held responsible for this infringement and was “required to pay $1 million to resolve the claims related to their non-compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions” (Abruzzese, 2024). Keeping this in mind, this predicament could have been averted had UnitedHealthcare consistently followed the standards outlined in the ACA from the beginning. By doing so, they could have avoided not only the lawsuit and associated fines, but also the damage to their reputation. To mitigate future violations, insurance companies should emphasize adherence to legal standards through staff training, regular audits, and alignment of claims processes with existing regulations. Taking these proactive measures could greatly decrease the risk of similar breaches in the healthcare

What’s the difference between myths and theories? Well that’s an easy question to answer isn’t it; myths involve fiction while theories involve facts, we should not make any parallels between science and superstition.
