We all feel bad for things that we do wrong (or think we do wrong). Many people overreact about things, and believe that everything in their life that is going wrong is their fault. For example, if a woman gets dumped by her boyfriend, she will wonder what she did wrong, wonder why he ceased to love her anymore. Lying awake at night crying, and wondering what she could have possibly done wrong, or something she could have done to deserve that treatment, when all she did was love him from the moment they met, and gave him her all, and refused to leave his side. Another example; a boy’s father leaves him and his family alone, at a very young age. He would think throughout his life, why his father left them, wonder if his father even loved him, think maybe father left because of him. Was he too annoying, or just too hard to handle? In these situations, it is neither person who feels all this guilts fault. We as humans blow things up and beat ourselves up over the smallest thing, when we should just let go. Guilt destroys us. Think like this: “No regrets, just lessons”, “Guilt? No. Everything happens for a reason, even though I don’t know that reason
