When And Where Were You Born Research Paper
In this part, we are going to interview Michelle's mother. Her name is Ludmila and here is the interview:
1) When and where were you born?
I was born in 1967 in Pyatigorsk, The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
2) Why did you come to Israel?
In the community where I grew up, lived people from different religions: Jews, Christians and Muslims. Although there were not many Jews in the community, the Jewish customs and symbols among the Jewish families were large and significant part of their life.
The main reason why I wanted to immigrate to Israel was because the life in Russia was not perfect and there were riots against the Jews. So, it caused our hearts to attract\drew us stronger to our country that can give us protection and peace.

Religion has been a major focal point in any society and in any culture. Starting from the first civilizations in Sumer and Ur to the vast metropolitans of today like New York and London, religion has been around and played a key part in lives of people. Possibly some of the oldest religions in the world, Judaism and Zoroastrianism share distinct qualities that are still alive today. Both religions are practiced but Zoroastrianism is not as popular as it once was. Meanwhile, Judaism is one of the world’s largest religions. These religions are similar in the way that they are designed and practiced throughout history.…

There is something about youth that has always encapsulated those grown out of it. The human race puts it on a pedestal after it has been spent, and it becomes a last wish, something to laugh about in past tense. They will laugh and say how teenagers often feel as though they are invincible, that we are wild and insane because we think we cannot be harmed. But it is so much more than just a feeling. In the seconds between laughs and the embers of a glittering bonfire and the bite of a bone-chilling wind, we are invincible. We still may bleed, but it will be golden. We still may break, but it will feel as if we have been born anew. We still may feel the pain of our lives crushing into us, but it will seem like it is ecstasy rushing against us.…

I am a Jew! Due to that very important fact, some parts of my life were harder than it would have been if I was a Christian or Catholic. But using my faith in myself and my religion I was able to persevere myself. A good quote that describes myself is from a Kelly Clarkson song “What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, Stand a little taller, Doesn't mean I'm lonely when I'm alone”. I always think of that song whenever something bad happens that makes me question myself, my friends, or my beliefs. I believe that simple words and beliefs don’t define a person, but their actions towards others do.…

I immigrated because of the Cristero War, in Spain. The war was actually a rebellion of the Roman Catholics in Spain who were persecuted by the government. There were dangers such as raids and the death toll was growing higher every day. Being a Catholic Christian family who simply wanted to live in peace, we moved out to escape the war and the persecution that had caused it.…

In conclusion, being born in a third world country is burden for most but I use it to my advantage. It has given me a better understanding of the world. When I moved away from Ethiopia, I constantly thought about my family. I felt like I had lost something that was a part of me. As time went by, I became somber thinking about all the things I took for granted. I constantly thought about all pleasant things that I had the pleasure of enjoying in Ethiopia that I no longer get to. But over time, I learned how to use that wistful energy to become a driving force for my success. I have so loads of dreams and I aspire to do great things. No matter what, I will never forget my birthplace. I can tell you my quest wasn’t effortless, but I have to keep…

In order to write her story I interviewed the lady to collect the information she remembers. According to what she can remember she told me that she had been trying to have a baby for 10 years so she was really happy to find out that she was expecting a baby. monica was 42 years old when she conceived molly. Due to her age and her diabetes she was a high risk pregnancy. During her pregnancy she became insulin dependent and had to visit the doctors office twice a week leading up to the final weeks of pregnancy. She also described to me how the nurses advised her to eat healthy and to not eat to many sweets. She told me that in her preparation for the baby’s arrival she had a baby shower and received the things she needed for the baby’s first couple months. she set up a crib and blankets for the expected baby.…
