Vasectomy refers to the surgical procedure that involves male fertilization that helps to perform lasting birth control. During this procedure, surgeon cut off part of the male anatomy called vas deferens that transports sperm from the epididymis to the ejaculatory ducts. It prevents further sperm entering into the seminal stream. After this procedure male does not able to release sperm during ejaculation and eggs cannot be fertilized without sperm in the semen. Male`s testicles produce sperm after vasectomy but it reabsorbed by the body.
