Who Is Brian Epstein A Natural Motivator?
Brian Epstein is a natural motivator. He is capable of making one sees his or her career search approaches in a more objective manner and determine whether the approach works or not. He is observant and sensitive to one's weaknesses and strengths and an effective guide who never runs out of different ways and ideas when it comes to notching up your career. In a nutshell, Brian's coaching style to me is consist of his respect for someone's individuality and capability to leverage one's strength instead of focusing on one's weakness.
His coaching helps me a lot and I highly recommend him as a career coach.

Thank you, Brian!

Bill Belichick leadership style follows a format called “Do Your Job” which means “being prepared, working hard, paying attention to the details and putting the team first” (Kerr 1). Bellichick’s “Do Your Job” interprets well for those who are business pioneers and business people. Whenever fortified, the message fortifies trust and prompts more noteworthy achievement inside an association. Mitch Rapp

I am connecting to Mitch because I had a similar, highly influential mentor, such as he had. Stan Hurley has been a salient mentor in Mitch’s short time with the CIA. Mitch has learned more in these months with Hurley than any previous time in his life. Hurley goes into every little detail, and is the most meticulous man Mitch has ever known. Hurley’s influence on Rapp evokes memories of my former basketball coach, Tim Bergstrasser. Tim was the best and most influential coach I have ever had. He coerced out team to work hard each and every time we practiced and played. Many days, I would wish for a facile practice, but was glad after practice when we worked hard and improved a lot as a team. Bergstrasser is similar to Hurley as well because he used to play college basketball, similar to how Hurley was a CIA assassin when he was younger. I think for someone to be an adequate teacher, they need to have experienced the profession that they are teaching themselves. Also, Bergstrasser is similar to Hurley because he teaches us with many real game situations. Hurley improves his trainees skills by situations they would encounter in a real mission: “Back in the woods of Virginia the idea was to find cover while Hurley fired live shots at you” (Flynn 354). Mitch was adequately prepared for missions, and he would not crumble under pressure because of his relentless training. This is exactly…

For starters, Matheny has good ethics. He works on bettering his players both emotionally and physically. For example Matheny states, “My main goals are to: 1. Teach these boys how to play baseball the right way. 2. Make a positive impact on them as young men. 3. Do all this with class” (Matheny 14). In the quote above it shows how he is trying to be a positive impact and having class, which is admirable because most coaches now days just care about winning. Mike Matheny…

I first met Mr. Rizzo when I was in sixth grade and decided to start wrestling. Throughout my middle school career, my relationship with him had just kept growing. What made me begin to like Rizzo was when I first started wrestling, and didn’t know much, he always openly helped me and my partner.…
