Jesus’ life was to tell the people of God and his gospel. He also was on this earth to die for our sins. He loved us so much he gave himself up for us. He died to take away our sins.…
Jesus Christ: He is the most important figure in Christianity, held by tradition to have been the son of God. Christians believe that Jesus allowed himself to be crucified by the Romans to atone for the sins of humanity.…
Jesus set an example for his disciples and for all people to follow. His example and teaching was to show compassion towards everyone, men, women, Jews, Gentiles, righteous people, and sinners alike. He believes they should all be treated the same. Jesus did not always treat everyone in the same manner, but he never treated someone as if they were worthless.…
Everyone knows who Jesus Christ is. However many have not yet come to believe that He is in fact the son of God and have accepted Him into their lives as their personal Lord and savior.…
Jesus justifies everyone that believes in him and have faith, that he is the son of God, and that is the most important understanding we all should have when we open the Holy book, keep always in our minds, everything is about Him, all of it points to Him and all will end and be restored according to him, is essential!!!!…
According to Christianity, Jesus is called the Lord, Leader, King of Heavens and Earth, Great Provider; but people do not understand who Jesus is exactly for themselves. Jesus is the son of God, who martyred himself for God. For the majority of people, this question is too complicated to answer. For me, he is a Good Teacher, the icon of sympathy and humanity, and he is forgiving. These qualities are the reasons why he matters to me.…
Jesus Christ is the sinless, eternal Son of God. We are all sinners. God is a Holy God. He is Love and He is Justice and MUST punish sin (Luke 11:42). The Bible says that "all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" (Romans 3:23) and "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die." (Ezekiel 18:4) Note that this death does not simply mean the grave, but eternal death, in Hell and the Lake of Fire, which was designed for the Devil and his (fallen) angels. (Matthew 25:41, 2 Peter 2:4-9) So that means all of us are, from the moment we first commit a sin on our way to hell. Remember that Jesus said that even if you look upon a woman in a lustful way, that you have committed adultery in your heart. (Matthew 5:27-28) If you hate in your heart it is murder (1 John 3:15). Being so Holy that He cannot tolerate sin (even the angels cover their faces and feet before Him (Isaiah 6:1-7)) God cannot allow us sinners into heaven, His holy place at the end of life/time. If He did, He would no longer be a good, Holy, Just God. But being Love He devised a way to save us all, without compromising His position as a Holy God, which He could never do. He sent His sinless Son, Jesus Christ into the World to pay the penalty for our sins. His Holy standards demand a sinless substitute. The only sinless man on earth was His eternal (ever-existing) Son.…
Jesus is the son of God and the Messiah. He has done many things for us today. He has performed many miracles, started Christianity, and died on the cross for us. Here are ways Jesus has changed the world, and how he has performed his many miracles.…
Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Jesus Christ was and still is a very important person in many people's lives. To Christians he is known as a savior and the true son of god. His birth, life, mission, crucifixion, death, and resurrection, are foretold by prophets and disciples, recorded in the old and new testament.…
Christ entered the world as human and fulfilled his specific purpose. In realizing this purpose, Christ performed the work which included equipping and preparing others, to continue the purpose. We, also, have an ultimate purpose we are intended to obtain. We are created with God-given personal potential designed to bring to actualization the ultimate purposes of God. The nature of the relationship with other humans places each individual within community one with another. Within this context of community, which may be defined differently for each individual, we are challenged with the opportunity to develop and utilize these unique skills, gifts, and abilities. Each person progressively evolves in increasingly improved levels of excellence in employing the gifts over ones lifetime for the good of the individual, the body of Christ, and God’s overall plan for the…
I believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God! He came to Earth as a baby born of the virgin, Mary. Jesus claimed to be one with the father (John 10:30), suggesting that he is not only the Son of God, but he is God the Son. He was the first and only man to live a perfectly sin-free life which was why he was worthy to give his life as a ransom for many (Mark 10:45). Three days later, he was resurrected from the dead. His resurrection is what gives life and hope to all who believe.…
We extend the kindness and compassion to others that Christ has shown us. We are patient with those that are weak. Rather than judge or ridicule we come along side of those who need support through love and encouragement. Love fulfills the Law, therefore, acting out of true Christian love towards everyone puts our faith into action.…
Most religions center around Divine entities which are essentially paternal and protective of those who believe in them. Jesus Christianity was no different, it attracted many people because it had a singular God who’s major focus was the welfare of his people. Constantly Jesus stressed that their God loved each of them equally and no man in God’s eyes was greater then any other man. Jesus preached this to his people through a literary form known as a parable.…
It is important to learn about the miracles and deeds that Christ performed. God the Father sent His prophets to testify that everything Christ taught was truth. We should believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, sent to save us from our sins. Christ was crucified, died, buried and rose from the dead. Through the study of the life of Christ, mankind learns the truth about sin. Even though Jesus did not sin, we learn about the price of sin, by His death on the cross. We begin to understand the curse and destructive power of sin through our realization of the great sacrifice God made for us in sending Jesus Christ to die on the cross so that we can be saved. The more we study about the person of Christ, the more we can learn about what Jesus Christ voluntarily did to pay for our sins. Christ came down to earth, made Himself lower than the Angels, and was ridiculed, beaten and crucified. Through the ultimate sacrifice of…
Jesus is the manifestation of God's offer of life and love to all the believers since that Jesus is his son. He cares no less for those who are His disciples today. His promises are still valid; His power has not diminished; and His person is unchanging. We do not have the benefit of His physical presence, but we have His Spirit. And although we cannot see Jesus, we can sense His love for us as the Spirit shed it abroad in our hearts. In many ways, we know Him better than if we knew Him from His mere physical presence. As Peter wrote, "Though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory. God sent his son Jesus to earth to help and gather God's believers and to show them how God loves them and also to help cure their sickness. God is the great Spirit of Love Who created this beautiful World and the entire Universe! To show us His Love and to help us understand Himself, He sent His Own Son to Earth. God loves his believers so much that He gave His most priceless possession, the most cherished thing He had, Jesus. God is pictured in His Son, Jesus, a Man Who loved everybody, even the poorest and the worst of all. He came for love and lived in love and died for love that we might live and love forever! His death brings life, forgiveness and eternal joy to those who love Him in…
