However, part studies have shown that exposure to green space reduces stress, boosts health and makes us less vulnerable to depression. The findings come from the brain scans of 32 health volunteers from urban and oral areas. Dr Jens Prussoner of the Douglas Mental Health University institute in Quebec ,who helped carry out the study have said “previous findings have shown that the risk for anxiety disorder is 21% higher than people for the city who also have 39% increased mood disorder, pollution ,toxins ,overcrowded areas and noise could contribute ”he said.
Nevertheless, part studies have shown that access to green space soothes frayed nerves and improves well-being .Living in the city and in the jungle have its advantages and disadvantages. Most people live in the city ,life in the city is more comfortable there is always plenty to do ,to see or visit ,it can offer the best entertainment ;theatre , cinemas, concerts ,museums and shops. Cities offer better education that is apparently important? It is also sometimes easier to find interesting and well-paid job.
Disadvantages of living in the city; population is constantly increasing, noises of roaring cars, no privacy from others, plenty of criminal activities and traffics that have the length of Wembley stadium. Whereas people living in the jungle live more quiet and peaceful life, no traffics to worry about, no noises that split your ears only; the noise of nature, clean environment, air free from toxins .
People that are living in the jungle also live in unfavourableness conditions ; there is not much entertainment unless someone finds it funny to catch a huge tarantula and grill it so sure
