Who Is The Protagonist In Fahrenheit 451
Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is a novel about a man named Guy Montag. In the exposition Montag is shown as a firefighter which in this story’s case means that he burns books. Also in the exposition the society that Montag lives in preaches about that books are better left unread and are technically forbidden. And last but not least Montag meets a girl named Clarisse McClellan. Clarisse and Montag engage in a conversation that ends abruptly with Clarisse asking Montag if he is happy in his current state in his life. Because of this sudden conversation Montag then soons to realize the importance of books and starts to turn against the society and his own firefighting crew. In the Climax Montag is met by Captain Beatty the (Main antagonist)
