Who Is To Blame For The Titanic

Almost everybody has seen or heard of the movie “Titanic” with Jack and Rose and how a poor guy falls in love with a rich girl but not know all about the ship. The Titanic is a very fascinating and interesting story. It is spectacular and mind boggling how it was built, how it sailed, and how it sunk. Stories on this event are super depressing for some people, but it is still interesting on how every event took place. The Titanic was called the unsinkable ship, but the people were about to be proven wrong.
This is how the Titanic was built. On March 31, 1909 the construction of the Titanic was ready to start. Harland and Wolff was the company that took on the task of building the monstrous ship. Olympic another humongous ship was a ‘sister’ to the Titanic. Olympic and Titanic were built next to each other. Sixteen watertight compartments are what this ship had to keep it afloat. Two to four compartments could only be filled otherwise the weight would sink this ship. Workers had twenty four double
This is how the Titanic sank. On April 14, 1912 at 11:40pm the Titanic hit an iceberg. North of Newfoundland, three hundred and seventy five miles in the Northern Atlantic Ocean is where the ship hit the iceberg. Four of the sixteen compartments were filled, then the water began to fill the ship. Less than half of the people had lifeboats on the ship. Unfortunately, one thousand five hundred and seventeen people died. In the night, the first ship to respond was the Carpathia.
All in all, the Titanic was a very cool and and a tremendously interesting story. It is very interesting story on how it was built, what was on it, and how it sunk. The Titanic is a story that is very sad, but should be known by everybody. Names for the Titanic were “The Unsinkable Ship” or “The Dream Ship”, but they were proven wrong.
