Morality is the science of what man is supposed to be by virtue of what he is. It is the fine line between right and wrong, also synonymous with "goodness" or "rightness." However, what is “good” or “right” is subjective to a man’s body of standards or principles and beliefs.
Man by nature is moral for he is responsible for his actions; he possesses intellect, conscience and will. Man is a rational being for he is capable of processing logical thoughts. He can receive knowledge and process reason for what is good and what is not. Man is a conscientious being for he is aware of his moral responsibilities. Reverence. A man who sees situations, things and persons as they are and understands that they have value in themselves regardless of what use they have to him is a man with reverence. A reverent man is a moral man for he understands that there are things which are important, beautiful and good on their own without subjecting them for his benefit. Thus, with this reverence, he is capable of respect, appreciation and subordination; he is capable of being selfless. A reverent man treats others with dignity and so shall he be treated the same.
Faithfulness. A man who is faithful is faithful not only to men but also to his virtues. Faithfulness in the narrow sense of mind is fidelity toward men but what’s with greater importance is our faithfulness toward fundamental truths and values. A faithful man is a moral man for even when his attention turns a completely different direction, he does not abandon but rather brings with him the lessons, impressions and experiences from his past. A truthful man is respectful and has reverence toward values. He does not see the world as an instrument to attain his own ends. He is genuine and straightforward, he cheats neither himself nor others. He understands the value of truth and his responsibility as a spiritual person in regard to truth. He prefers to suffer in the face of the bitter truth than enjoy a pointless imaginary happiness. He is fully aware of the uselessness of self-deception. A truthful man is the man who is genuine and true in his every word, attitude and action. Veracity is the foundation of true life, true love, true knowledge and genuine
